Full Job Description:
Biogen is seeking a dedicated and driven Live Chat Representative to join our team on a remote basis in San Diego, California. As an Associate-level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions with our clients.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries and provide real-time assistance via live chat
– Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
– Utilize resources and tools to provide accurate information to customers
– Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
– Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times
– Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rates
– Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers
– Contribute to the overall success of the customer service team through collaboration and innovation
