Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Provide strategic direction for the Cyber Security team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
- Cybersecurity Strategy: Develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies to protect the company digital infrastructure and sensitive information.
- Incident Response: Lead incident response efforts, ensuring timely identification, containment, eradication, and recovery from cybersecurity incidents.
- Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and implement proactive measures to mitigate cybersecurity risks across the organization.
- Compliance: Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure the company cybersecurity practices align with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing Cyber Security team. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, technologies, and threats.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
