  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Amazon extensive product offerings to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Order Management: Efficiently manage and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Communication Skills: Articulate and clear communication, both written and verbal, to ensure a positive customer experience.
