Full Job Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Analyst, International Tax reports to the Supervisor, Tax and is responsible for the preparation of U.S. international tax calculations and related tax forms (e.g., 8993, 1118, 8858, etc.) and preparation of international income tax returns which are both co-sourced with a big four accounting firm.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Preparation of the foreign-derived intangible income (“FDII”) and foreign tax credit models for quarterly tax provision and forecasting purposes.
- Preparation of U.S. international tax return compliance via co-sourced Big Four accounting firm arrangement, including preparing supporting work papers and reviewing international tax forms (e.g., 1118, 8858, 8975, 8991, 8993, Schedule K-2 and K-3).
- Preparation of international tax return compliance via co-sourced local country Big Four accounting firm arrangement, including gathering information, preparing supporting work papers, and reviewing tax returns.
- Preparation of international book-tax differences including share-based compensation, transfer pricing, and tax depreciation.
- Preparation of international income tax provisions and related disclosures calculated under IAS 12.
- Preparation and tracking of international income tax estimated payments and corresponding monthly GL account reconciliation.
- Assist with Pillar 2 income tax compliance.
- Preparation of key control documentation for purposes of Sarbanes-Oxley (“SOX”) compliance in the United States and the Senior Accounting Officer (“SAO”) regime in the United Kingdom.
- Support timely delivery of work papers and documentation required for external audits.
- Support process improvement initiatives to streamline and increase efficiencies.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of federal and international tax principles.
- Working knowledge of IAS 12 and other IFRS financial accounting concepts.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Experience with Corptax Provision, Oracle, Hyperion, and SharePoint is a plus.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Education, Training, and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting required, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of progressive tax accounting provision and/or tax compliance experience.
