This role will focus on supporting a growing and maintaining client base with a primary focus on assisting and educating clients in three product areas: Nasdaq Dorsey Wright Technical Research Platform, Exchange Traded Funds tracking Nasdaq Dorsey Wright Indexes and Strategies, and Nasdaq Dorsey Wright Separately and Unified Managed Accounts. The majority of your workday will be spent interacting with clients via phone, email, and Zoom on topics such as portfolio analysis, asset management, and advisor solutions. The support you provide varies from simple explanations, step by step-by-step instructions, all the way to complex analysis. A successful candidate will have a high level of market expertise and a passion for helping our clients to be successful. Nasdaq Dorsey Wright’s clients include leading investment consultants, advisors, asset managers, and individual investors.
The training will begin with learning the basics of the Nasdaq Dorsey Wright Research Platform, ETFs, and Managed Accounts. While also learning to navigate the fundamental tools we use every day such as Salesforce. You’ll gain an in-depth understanding of our solutions along with the investment markets and clients that they serve.

- Delivering exceptional first-line service to new and established clients via phone, email, and Zoom meetings to assist clients in using Nasdaq Dorsey Wright solutions.
- Identifies and articulates key areas of opportunities in the market. Analyzes the development of sales.
- Supports the Senior Sales Executive in closing deals to meet individual/team quotas and company business objectives.
- Assists the Senior Sales Executive in conducting regular status and strategy meetings with new and existing customers via in-person, phone, and Zoom meetings.
- Maintains and continues ongoing customer relationships.
- Develops a good understanding of industries, regulatory environments, and markets.
- Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or marketing/sales.
- Experience Required: At least 3 years.
- Series 7 and Series 65 are required.
