Discover Financial Services is currently seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a remote work position with an Associate Level seniority and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in office management or related fields.

As the Office Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing office supplies and equipment, coordinating meetings and events, handling correspondence, and providing administrative support to team members. You will also be responsible for maintaining office policies and procedures, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the office.

The ideal candidate for this position will be dedicated and adaptable, with strong soft skills in strategic planning and problem-solving. You must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software is required.
