Biogen, a leading biotech company in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking a skilled Remote Live Chat Manager to join our dynamic team. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Live Chat Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all live chat interactions with customers to ensure a positive and seamless experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor all incoming live chat inquiries from customers regarding products, services, and general inquiries.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Train and supervise a team of remote live chat agents to maintain high-quality standards and adherence to company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the live chat function.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales, to provide a seamless customer service experience.
  • Analyze data and reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in the live chat function.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat customer service.

Requirements:
