ExxonMobil is seeking a motivated and resilient Client Service Manager to work remotely from Dallas, Texas. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. Your role will involve managing various client accounts, providing support and guidance, and acting as the main point of contact for all client inquiries.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
– Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently
– Manage and maintain client accounts, including handling contract renewals and negotiations
– Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on company products and services
– Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
– Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
– Provide ongoing support and training to clients on how to best utilize company products and services
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients
– Meet and exceed client service and satisfaction goals

Requirements:
