Berkshire Hathaway is seeking a part-time Call Center Representative to join our team remotely in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Responsibilities:

– Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, concerns, and complaints
– Providing excellent customer service by actively listening to customers and finding solutions to their needs
– Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy towards all customers
– Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in the database
– Resolving customer issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
– Meeting call quotas and performance metrics set by the company
– Collaborating with team members and management to improve processes and customer experience

Requirements:

– Resourceful and adaptable personality traits are a must
– Excellent communication skills and ability to persuade customers effectively
– Strong people management skills to handle various customer personalities
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in using call center software and customer database systems
– High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
