As a Social Media Spam Remover, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our platform by ensuring that user-generated content meets our high standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and Moderate Content: Review and moderate user-generated content on the Yelp platform to identify and remove spam, fake reviews, and inappropriate content.
- Enforce Community Guidelines: Ensure that all user activity aligns with Yelp community guidelines and policies. Take appropriate action against accounts violating these guidelines.
- Investigate Reports: Investigate and respond to user reports regarding suspicious or inappropriate content, providing timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Support and Content Moderation, to address user concerns and maintain a positive online environment.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends in spam and online abuse, implementing proactive measures to prevent issues before they arise.

- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail to identify subtle patterns and inconsistencies in user-generated content.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently, making quick decisions to maintain the quality of Yelp content.
