- Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) system to document interactions and resolutions efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
- Stay informed about industry updates and changes to healthcare policies to provide up-to-date assistance.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and healthcare terminology is advantageous.
- A dedicated workspace conducive to a remote work environment.
